Breathwave
“How we breathe is how we live”
-Robin Clements
My newest offering, Breathwave, is a powerfully gentle self healing modality.
Breathwave is a conscious connected breathing practice developed by Robin Clements. It is an approach to breath work that is refreshing in it’s feminine wisdom and depth.
Our breath is unique as it is the only essential bodily function that is both unconscious and consciously directed.
By establishing a connected rhythm and opening the breathing pattern, unconscious charge is made conscious. In this way, emotional, physical and mental patterns that are blocking us from our authenticity are integrated and well being is restored.
Breathing in this way can lead to altered states, deep relaxation, biological repair and revelation. It stirs the pot and activates what needs to be brought to the surface.
Breathwave is a gentle and balanced approach that is safe for pregnancy and many other conditions often deemed a contraindication for breath work. Pregnant people benefit greatly from the emotional, physical, personal and ancestral integration that breath work can bring about.
Breathwave is also unique in that it incorporates bodywork and energy work principles that help to open the breath pattern.
As a bodyworker, I am fascinated by the way this hands on facilitation can bring more integration and wholeness to a breath wave experience.
A three session package is offered and recommended to people new to this style of breathwork.
Your breathwave is lovingly facilitated, but it is essentially a self healing modality. A new breather may require time and practice to move through the layers that hinder and obscure the breath pattern.
A 5 session commitment is recommended for anyone wishing to take this practice home with them and breath on their own.
3 session package (recommended) $255-$750 sliding scale
5 session package: $425-$1,250 sliding scale
1:1 Breathwave Ceremony: $85-$250 sliding scale
I offer a broad sliding scale to honor my hearts truth that everyone can afford healing, and that it is often the case that we are able to receive at the level at which we are able to give, a value that is relative to an individuals circumstance.
